Fees and Insurance

My usual and customary fee is $130 per hour; adjustments can sometimes be made, however, on the basis of your personal financial situation. I offer a special discounted rate of $100 per hour for pre-marital counseling.

I accept cash, check, and debit or credit cards. My services are covered by several insurance plans. I am a preferred provider for the following carriers:

First Choice Health Network
Premera Blue Cross
Regence Blue Shield

If you are unsure about coverage, I encourage you to call your insurance company to clarify whether you are entitled to see a provider outside your plan's network as frequently this is the case but at a reduced rate of coverage.
